Description for the polyester mesh:
Basic screen printing includes a frame that stretches the mesh on one side, hinges onto the substrate, and a flexible squeegee that forces ink through the transparent areas of the mesh and onto the substrate on the substrate.
It is important to choose the right grid to suit your particular job. The main purpose of the grid is to support the template. In addition, the choice of precision woven mesh has a great influence on print definition, ink usage and template durability. Different printing networks have their own unique properties and uses.
Screen printers currently use three main types of materials - monofilament nylon, polyester and a lesser degree of multifilament polyester. Due to their different characteristics, each material has its specific purpose.
